A: No, the additives are molecular bonded to the oil particles, making it impossible to remove them during reclamation. It is like trying to remove the sugar from your coffee after you've mixed it in.Q: Can your system be run in an explosive environment?
A: Yes, we have explosion-proof units that be run under any sour or sweet gas environment.Q: Why should I clean my new oil, shouldn't it be already clean?
A: New oil IS dirty. It can plug a filter quicker than previously cleaned oil that has been running in a system for 200 hours. Unfortunately, we have found rust, carbon, silica and water in new oil sealed in 45 gallon drums. The oil is only as clean as it's container.Q: What ISO code can you reach with your process?
A: Every hydraulic system is different. Depending on the critical components in a system, we can achieve at least an ISO code of 14/12.
